Rarely do we have the opportunity to list such an appealing and prosperous business as this - and bang in the middle of one of the most popular holiday resorts on the island.

This bar/cafe teatro has been run by the same owners for 34 years and the only reason for sale is retirement!  It is one of the best known bars in the area and exudes character and ambience. 

Inside, there is a long bar completely equipped with coffee machine, fridges, glass washer, wooden storage cupboards and a mirrored back wall.  To one side of the bar is the DJ/Karaoke booth and to the other is upholstered bench seating and wooden tables. The bar area also has two large plasma televisions, air conditioning and a tiled floor throughout.  One of the stricking features is the carved-effect wooden ceiling which adds to the cosy pub feel.

To the rear, there are modernised washrooms and two large stockrooms; one of these storing the beer kegs and gas bottles, with shelving, three microwaves and fridges.  Further back, there is an outdoor covered storage area which houses the ice machine amongst other things.  These sizeable premises run to 84m2 of space with a capacity for at least 40 people.

Outside, there is a further 45m2 of terrace, which seats over 40 people and is furnished with wicker chairs and tables.  The business is currently run by 1-2 staff by day and 4-5 by night, with the opening hours being 7.30 pm to late, although in the busiest season, the bar opens at around 12 noon.  The loyal and returning clientele is international, although it is fair to say that it is 80% English.

COMMENT:  We were surprised and delighted to be asked to sell this famous bar and we strongly recommend viewing to appreciate the full potential.
