This is a cosy bar with its own terrace situated in a commercial centre just off a busy main street and a stone's throw from the beach.

This bar has enjoyed all year round trading and has an international clientele. The appealing entrance to the bar is tucked behind the main street, on a corner site in a commercial centre. Other bars, restaurants, shops etc are close by, so there is plenty of 'footfall' past this bar.

The interior extends to around 55m2 (to include male and female wc's to the rear) and has a feature leopard print fabric bar. Outside the terrace is approximately 40m2 and has views to the beach.

With a local following, never mind the thousands of visitors who flock to this area, this bar needs a bit of love and attention to fully capitalise on its potential.

COMMENT: This can easily be run by a single person; or to expand its bar/cafeteria status, a couple with vision and enthusiasm could breathe new life into this venue.
