Perhaps the most famous and popular ‘Greek Restaurant’ on Mallorca, attracting resident and tourists clients from the whole island, all year round. Bookings advisable, takings and profits said to be huge.
Elevated outside terracing of approx 200m2, seating 100 clients with lot’s of elbow room. Stone pillars, wooden beams, painted wall murals, old style lanterns, teak furnishings, terracotta tiled floors, balustrades, wrought iron, etc., it’s all here to create a wonderful effect.

Exquisite décor throughout - parquet floors, stucco walls, special ‘blue moon’ backlit ceilings complete with stars, marbled columns, timber panelling and painted murals, every corner a theme of a village or historical.
Large bar area, extra large kitchen, storage, etc. Equipment and furnishings inventory far too big to list here but take it as read the restaurant was completed brand new in October 2002 to cater for 250 covers and so is very ‘complete’ and with everything in tip-top condition.
The owner has been building and running restaurants for 20 years and needless to say knows what works. This is his ‘swansong’ - now he wants to retire to Corfu/
Takings have been indicated to us by the owner of 27,000€ ave pw summer and 16,500€ ave pw winter, to be confirmed but seems an incredible amount.
COMMENT:
Trading unbelievably well as a ‘Greek’ restaurant but that isn’t to say other types of cuisine couldn’t do equally good here or perhaps even better! This business is all about location, location, location.
