A successful, easy to run business specialising in the ‘Contract Rental of Coffee Machines, Glass and Dish Washers’ to bars and restaurants across Mallorca but mainly to the south west.
The high cost of these machines makes a ‘rental’ option an attractive alternative to the bar owners.
There are approx 50 customers on contract with the following equipment installed:

• Coffee Grinders 31
• Glass Washers 20
• Dishwashers 17
• Decalcifiers 23
Also included in the sale price are spare parts & tools, a trolley, pressure washer, high lift pallet truck, and a Citroen Berlingo Combie diesel van with a combined value of approx 63,000€ (£44,000).
Rentals make up the bulk of the total income at around 42,000€ (approx £29,400), but profits are also earned from machine sales, maintenance and supply of chemicals. Note only 3 days a week work is required in the summer and just 1 day in the winter. Overheads are low being home based.
For the energetic, there is ample potential to substantially increase this income. The business has little competition and does not advertise with clients coming via recommendation or word of mouth.
Some basic electrical/mechanical knowledge would be useful, but not essential as the seller would be prepared to work alongside the new owner for a while to train as required.
