The location is fantastic and quite unique. Panoramic views from terraced areas on 3 different levels over one of the most beautiful pine tree beaches on Mallorca and across the sparkling blue bay.
The bar can be approached directly from the highly populated beach to the front, and the resort’s famous boulevard from behind by several entrances. In the high season international tourism counts as many as 90,000 people here at any one time in the resort.
The premises were built in 1999, and can open year round from morning till night. The whole floor area is approx 10,700 sq ft, from which 7,000 sq ft consists of terraced areas on three levels. Optionally an additional beer garden with another 10,000 sq ft and 3,700 sq ft built-up can be either leased or purchased next door.
The inside hall of 3,700 sq ft extends over two levels. It was built by the current users with a high value interior and many finesses without need of financing. There are no existing contractual obligations to breweries, banks, etc.

On the first level (ground floor) is a restaurant with an international gourmet menu, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a massive bar for the serving of various drinks inside and out.
The first level is also used as a Sports - Café with broadcasting of live TV events as well as DVD highlights in DTS Sound with a large size cinema screen and technical room.
This unique establishment which exists only once in this form in Mallorca has been celebrated enthusiastically in the media also because it can be used during the winter months as multilingual cinema.
Furthermore, on the first level there are generous sized bathrooms for guests, bathrooms with showers for personnel, toilet and dressing rooms as well as lockable storage places.
On the second level (1st floor) there is a dancing pub with the license to play live music until 3.30am with excellent technical equipment, which is the only one in the location to guarantee for sufficient sound for the beach. This floor is designed for DJs, live music, karaoke - inside as well as outside the building.
To this purpose serves a DJ area, a stage, a dancing floor, bar, TV’s and multiple technical illumination systems.
Additionally there are many storage rooms, one office part and the staircase to the third level (second floor).
The second floor on the third level of the building with its huge area space of about 3,700 sq ft is used as a terrace for special occasions and invites guests for barbecue and targeted events until midnight in the high season.
